Terms of Use

Effective date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE] · Lungdei is operated by Lp Concrete Solutions ("Lungdei", "we", "us").

These Terms govern your use of the Lungdei mobile app. By creating an account or using Lungdei, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

• Lungdei is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app.
• Age is verified from the date of birth you enter during sign-up. We check this both in the app and on our servers — an account cannot be created or kept signed in with a date of birth showing an age under 18.
• Sign-in currently requires an Indian (+91) mobile number verified by SMS one-time code. We don't support other country codes at this time.
• You may keep one active account per phone number. Signing in with the same number on a new device signs that number out everywhere else.

2. What Lungdei is

• Lungdei connects you with another person for a live, one-to-one voice or video call. Matching is fully anonymous: we never show your name, phone number, birth date, gender, age, or community to the person you're matched with. Gender, age and community are collected at onboarding, shown back to you on your own You tab, and used only to power premium-tier match filtering (see below).
• Calls are not recorded or stored by Lungdei. Audio and video are relayed live between you and the other participant and are not saved once the call ends.
• We keep a lightweight history of your own calls (type, length, and when it happened) so you can see it in the app — never who you talked to.
• Some filtering options (choosing who you're matched with by gender, age range, or community) are a premium feature and are not available on the free tier, which matches people strictly in the order they're waiting, without regard to those attributes.

3. Your conduct

Because calls are anonymous and live, you're expected to treat the person on the other end the way you'd want to be treated. Full examples are in our Community Guidelines. In short, you agree not to:

• Engage in or request sexual content, nudity, or sexual harassment.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse the other participant.
• Use hateful language or content targeting someone's identity, community, or background.
• Threaten violence or harm against any person.
• Use Lungdei for spam, scams, solicitation, or automated/bot access.
• Create a fake account, impersonate someone else, or misrepresent your age.
• Record, screenshot, or share any part of a call, or otherwise capture the other participant's audio/video, without their consent.
• Use the app if you are under 18.

4. Reporting and blocking

• You can report the person you're on a call with, and choose a reason, directly from the call screen (in both voice and video calls).
• You can block a person from the call screen; once blocked, you will never be matched with them again, and they're never told who blocked or reported them. You can review and remove blocks at any time from You → Blocked people.
• Reports are reviewed and used to enforce these Terms and our Guidelines. We keep a record of reports (including against accounts that are later deleted) for safety and audit purposes.

5. Restrictions and account termination

• If enough different people report your account within a short period, matching is automatically and temporarily restricted for a period of time while we look into it. You'll see a notice in the app if this happens to you.
• Beyond that automatic step, we may — at our discretion, with or without further notice — restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any account for violating these Terms or our Guidelines, for suspected fraud or abuse, or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to Lungdei.
• We may also suspend or terminate accounts to comply with legal obligations or to protect the safety of our users.
• You can delete your own account at any time — see how to delete your account.

6. Disclaimers

• Lungdei connects you with strangers. We do not run background checks, verify real identity beyond a phone number, or otherwise vet who you may be matched with. You use the app, and interact with other users, at your own risk.
• Age is self-reported at sign-up (date of birth); we cannot guarantee that every user is telling the truth about their age, even though we enforce the 18+ check on the date of birth provided.
• We don't guarantee that a match will be found, that the service will be available at all times, or that it will be free of bugs, interruptions, or errors.
• The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by [GOVERNING_LAW], Lp Concrete Solutions and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Lungdei, including anything said or done by another user during a call. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any, or a nominal amount.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Lungdei after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
