Delete your account

You can delete your Lungdei account and its data at any time, right from the app. If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, you can request deletion by email instead.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

1. Open Lungdei and make sure you're signed in.
2. Tap You in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning, type DELETE in the box to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens immediately: your profile and call history are removed and your account is deleted right away, in that order.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app (lost your phone, uninstalled it, etc.), email support@primeliva.com from any email address with:

• A clear statement that you want your Lungdei account deleted, and
• The phone number (with country code) registered to the account.

Because Lungdei signs in by phone number only (we don't collect an email address in the app), we may ask you to verify that you own the phone number on the account before we delete anything. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: date of birth, age, gender, community, saved filters, and your blocked-user list.
• Your call history (call type, length, and timestamps).
• Your Lungdei sign-in (phone number identity) itself.

What is retained, and why

• Reports you filed, or that were filed against you — kept for safety, moderation, and audit purposes, even after your account is gone.
• Internal call and matching records (e.g. which two accounts were on a given call, and when) — kept for 90 days after the call ends and then automatically deleted, unless a report was filed about that call, in which case the record is kept alongside the report instead. These records don't include your phone number, date of birth, or any profile detail — only account identifiers, timestamps, and call length.
• A hashed (not plaintext) version of your phone number — only if your account was permanently suspended for repeat guideline violations before you deleted it. Kept so the same number can't be used to create a new account and bypass the suspension.
• Crash and diagnostic data already sent to Firebase Crashlytics, if any was generated while you used the app — this isn't tied to your phone number or identity by us, and is retained for as long as Firebase Crashlytics itself retains it.

Timeframe

Deleting your account in the app takes effect immediately. A deletion request by email is completed once we've verified you own the account — we aim for this within 30 days of verification.
