Community Guidelines
Lungdei connects you with a stranger for a live, anonymous call. These rules keep that space safe. They're part of our Terms of Use — breaking them can get your account restricted or permanently removed.
1. No sexual content or nudity
Don't be sexually explicit, send or describe sexual content, expose yourself on video, or pressure the other person into anything sexual. This applies even if both people seem willing — Lungdei is not a platform for that.
Examples: exposing yourself on camera, sexual comments or requests, describing sexual acts, sexual roleplay.
2. No harassment or abuse
Don't harass, insult, demean, or repeatedly pester someone who has asked you to stop or has clearly disengaged.
Examples: name-calling, mocking someone's voice/appearance/accent, refusing to end a call the other person wants to end, repeatedly re-matching to target the same person after being told to stop.
3. No hate
Don't attack anyone based on their community, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other identity.
Examples: slurs, hateful jokes about a community or tribe, degrading someone for who they are.
4. No threats or violence
Don't threaten to hurt anyone, encourage self-harm, or glorify violence.
Examples: threatening someone directly, telling someone to hurt themselves, describing violent acts to scare someone.
5. No spam, scams, or bots
Lungdei is for real, one-to-one conversation between people — not for automated calling, advertising, phishing, or moving people to another platform to scam them.
Examples: reading a script to every match, promoting a business or "click this link," running a bot or automated account, asking for money or gift cards.
6. No minors, and no misrepresenting your age
You must be 18 or older to use Lungdei, and you must give your real date of birth. If you believe you were matched with someone underage, end the call and report it immediately.
7. No fake accounts or impersonation
Don't create an account for someone else, pretend to be someone you're not, or maintain more than one account per phone number (the app already limits you to one signed-in device at a time per number).
8. No recording, screenshotting, or sharing a call
Don't record, screen-record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of a call — audio or video — without the other person's clear, explicit consent, and never share a call or its content with anyone else.
9. Reporting and enforcement
- Use Report on the call screen and pick the reason that fits — it's saved along with which call it happened on, so we can look into it.
- Use Block to make sure you're never matched with that person again; manage your blocked list any time from You → Blocked people.
- If enough different people report the same account in a short period, that account is automatically, temporarily restricted from matching while we look into it.
- Beyond that, we may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove any account that violates these Guidelines, at our discretion — see Terms, section 5.
